3. Orders & Approval
- All custom orders are produced according to customer-provided artwork, specifications, and instructions.
- Digital proofs or mockups will be provided when applicable.
- Production begins only after customer approval of the final design.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, text, colors, dimensions, and specifications before approval.
- Hani Patches is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the proofing stage.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Production & Delivery
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and quantity.
- Shipping times are provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed.
- Hani Patches is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom-made:
- Custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Refunds or replacements may be offered if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product differs significantly from the approved design.
- An error occurred due to our manufacturing process.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Photographic evidence may be required for review.
7. Artwork & Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or designs, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the rights to the submitted content, or
- You have obtained proper authorization to use such content.
Hani Patches shall not be liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-submitted materials.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Hani Patches harmless from any legal claims related to submitted artwork.
8. Product Variations
Due to the nature of embroidery and patch manufacturing:
- Minor color variations may occur.
- Slight size differences may occur within industry tolerances.
- Thread, fabric, and material colors may appear differently on screens than in physical products.
These variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
