All custom patch orders are manufactured according to the specifications provided by the customer.

  • Production begins after design approval and payment confirmation.
  • Processing times vary depending on patch type, quantity, and customization requirements.
  • Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Production Time

Estimated production times are:

  • Standard Orders: 7–14 Business Days
  • Rush Orders: Available upon request (additional charges may apply)

Production times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including:

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • USPS
  • Other regional carriers when applicable

Shipping options and rates will be displayed during the checkout process or provided in your custom quote.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

After production is completed, shipping times generally are:

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees will be communicated before order confirmation.


6. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays beyond our control.
  • Hani Patches is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional fees.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email when available.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor shipment progress directly through the shipping carrier.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Hani Patches is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Invalid contact information

If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Provide photographs of damaged products and packaging when applicable.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

10. Delivery Delays

Hani Patches is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, they are not guaranteed.


11. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes to shipping addresses or order details must be requested before production begins.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, modifications may not be possible.
